Computers

We currently have 12 computers in the Adult Services Department for use by adults 18 and up. No reservation is needed.

To use a computer, you can log on with a WPLD card or a guest pass. If you don’t have a WPLD card, present your photo ID at our Member Services Desk to receive a guest pass. If you have a card from another Illinois public library, register it at the Member Services Desk.

If a parent or caregiver does not wish their minor to use the computers, you must opt out when registering the child for a library card.

Adult Study Rooms

Need a quiet space to study or hold a small meeting?

Warrenville Library cardholders can reserve a study room up to 7 days in advance. Same day reservations and walk-ins are welcome. Maximum reservation length is 3 hours. Limit 1 reservation per day. Call 630/393-1171 x121 to make a reservation.

Business Services and Information Sources

We offer personalized assistance, business programming, specialized databases and relevant books, newspapers and magazines.

Owners of businesses located in Warrenville are eligible for a business library card, which is a specialized card designed to support local businesses. This card type entitles your business to check out materials and use our meeting spaces and online research tools. Refer to the Non-Resident Taxpayer info at Get a Library Card. For help with a research project, you can arrange a one-on-one appointment with an Adult Services librarian. Need to conduct a job interview or training session? You can reserve space seven days in advance. To book an appointment or enclosed meeting space, call 630/393-1171 x121.

The library maintains a collection of business and investment books that can be checked out with a library card. Business magazines and newspapers are also available. To search for titles or to place an item on hold, check our catalog.

With your business library card number and PIN, you can take advantage of our free online video tutorials or courses through LinkedIn Learning or Universal Class. Topics include starting a business, accounting, Microsoft office instruction, marketing, grant writing and general business skills. You can search several free online databases on business and investing topics, including Business Source Premiere and Reference USA Business . Along with our materials and services, we recommend Fox Valley SCORE , a non-profit agency offering free mentoring, workshops and resources for anyone who is operating a business or thinking about starting one.
